My journey as a Group Fitness Instructor started over 28 years ago. With each new year, I have found ways to continue to evolve and adapt to the ever-growing changes in the industry. From Spinning, to Body Pump, HIIT, Pilates, Functional Fitness, Silver Sneakers, and now as a Coach at Orangetheory Fitness, I can tell you that if you are in my class, I am there for you! I promise a class that will not only challenge you, but keep you coming back for more!

I have made my passion for fitness my career for over 28 years. With every workout I design I want to not only increase heart rates but also inspire and motivate my clients and class members. Fitness is not a one size fits all approach and I deeply care about creating a dynamic, safe and friendly fitness experience that caters to all levels, abilities and needs.
