Hey There!

To know me is to know that I care deeply about my clients, my group fitness participants, my fellow instructors and colleagues. I am as passionate today as the day I taught my very first class. Fitness is something that can be customized to you at whatever level you are, at what ever age you are and with whatever modification you need. I am here to help guide you, motivate you and to get you excited as you make your journey forward to a healthier and happier you!

 
 

I am most proud to have used my platform to help raise thousands of dollars by hosting and organizing several charity group fitness events.

In the past year alone, my events have raised over $35,000 to organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, Mr. Mo Senior Dog Rescue, Culnan’s King of the Deadlift, ALS Association, American Heart Association, Chromebooks for Kids, United Way Foundation, and the Susan G Komen for the Cure.

As the Group Fitness Director at ABC Sports & Fitness for the past 18 years, I am responsible for creating a dynamic Group Fitness schedule to meet the needs of all our members.

My longevity in the industry has blessed me with opportunities to be the lead instructor for hundreds of corporate and fundraising events such as the American Heart Association’s CycleNation and the Mr. Mo Senior Dog Rescue events. These events had well over 100 participants each.

When I am not in the studio or in the gym, you might hear me on the radio as a regular contributor for 100.9’s The Cat, Total Wellness Tuesday segment.
